MILIKA session rates vary based on the level of clinician experience and the service you are seeking. The clinicians at MILIKA are considered to be “out-of-network”providers, which means that you pay us for the services, and we offer support to help you get reimbursement for a percent of that fee from your insurance.
Insurance Reimbursement
Many of our clients with PPO insurances with out-of-network benefits receive 40-80% of session costs reimbursed, depending on their specific coverage.

You can call your insurance customer representative by calling the number listed on the back of your insurance card. Consider asking the following:
- What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?
- How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
- Is there a deductible for an out-of-network provider; if so, how much is it?
- If they need the CPT/procedure codes, provide the following: 90791 for a 60 min intake evaluation (the first session), and 90834 for the follow-up 45 minute individual psychotherapy sessions.
