Laily is an empathetic yoga instructor who discovered her passion for helping others through the grounding and healing practice of yoga. During her time at UCSB, yoga became a transformative tool for managing stress and calming her nervous system. The immense benefits yoga had on her life led her to become a certified yoga instructor, enabling her to share this life-changing practice with others.

Laily’s sessions are marked by a gentle and supportive approach, where each client is encouraged to honor their body’s unique needs and capabilities. She views yoga as more than a practice; it's a way of life that fosters self-discovery and healing. Her teachings are infused with empathy and understanding, creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals to explore their inner selves and cultivate mindfulness.

Her degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, has deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection, which she integrates into her yoga practice to offer a more holistic approach to mindfulness.

Laily’s commitment to her clients extends beyond the mat. She is dedicated to fostering a community where compassion and self-care are paramount. Her guidance helps individuals build resilience, embrace self-love, and develop a meaningful connection with their practice. A favorite part of her yoga journey is witnessing the strength and growth in both her mind and body as she continues to show up on her mat.

When off her mat, you can find Laily trying the newest coffee shop or soaking up the sun at the beach!
