MILIKA CENTER FOR THERAPY & RESILIENCE
Therapy for Moms & Moms-To-Be
From Surviving to Flourishing: Helping Mothers Like You Find Happiness, Health, and Harmony in Motherhood.
In-office sessions in Encino CA, and online across California.
The Struggle is REAL.
- Feel overwhelmed by the demands of motherhood, leaving you exhausted and drained?
- Carry the weight of a high-risk pregnancy, worrying constantly about the health and well-being of your baby, and feeling anxious about the unknowns of their future?
- Doubt your ability to be a good mother, fearing you may not be enough or make mistakes?
- Ruminate about how your body changes and whether you can cope with the physical demands of the pregnancy and childbirth?
- Struggle to connect with your baby, feeling like you're not bonding as you should?
- Feel isolated, like you're losing your sense of identity and purpose outside of motherhood?
- Experience anxiety or depression, making everyday tasks feel impossible?
- Worry about the impact of your mental health on your relationships, your baby, and your overall well-being?
You're not alone in these struggles. Many mothers face similar challenges, and it's okay to ask for help.
At MILIKA, Maternal Mental Health is a Priority. Here is Why:
Percent of women who experience a perinatal mental health condition, such as depression and anxiety.
Percent of women who will have postpartum depression even 3 years later.
Number of mothers who will suffer from a maternal mental health disorder in the U.S. every year.
Of those affected by maternal mental health, the percent of mothers that go UNTREATED.
This is where we come in.
